The co-operation between IGBP and GCIN will amount to a bank of processed information. This data base, the GCIN Information Bank, will consist of assorted texts, diagrams and other information, all approved by IGBP and describing the research results and conclusions of 10 000 scientists all over the world.

Every piece of information in the Global Change Information Bank will be defined and labelled in a way that makes it possible to re-organise the material in a nearly limitless number of combinations. The GCIN Information Bank is GCIN’s primary product, and it will be refined into adapted information products and tailored activities.

As partner or customer to GCIN, you will be able to use the Global Change Information Bank in your own activities. Facts and figures, texts and diagrams can be used in articles, books, films and tv-productions, educational material etc. We deliver the most accurate and updated scientific information on Global Change, tailored to suit your target group.
